What follows is how Calabasas Fencing handles anything you send through this website. Briefly: it is used to answer your fencing request and price your project. Nothing else. It is never sold.

What we collect

We hold what you type into the estimate form, plus whatever you say when you call or text. In practice that is a name and a phone number. Where you choose to fill them in, it can also include an email address, the street or area of the project in Calabasas, and a line or two about the fence you are considering. Email and address are optional fields.

How we use it

• Answering your request and building a written price.
• Arranging and carrying out the on-site estimate, then the fence work.
• Following up on the project, where you have asked us to.

None of it feeds unrelated marketing, and none of it is rented or sold to anybody.

The estimate form

A submitted form runs on our own domain through a Cloudflare Pages Function and arrives with us as an email. No third-party form service and no marketing platform sits in between. Cloudflare touches the request only to deliver it. A hidden honeypot field catches automated spam, and it does no tracking of you at all. Requests stay on file for as long as serving you and keeping our records requires, then they are deleted.

Analytics and cookies

This site currently sets no advertising cookies, builds no profile of you, and carries no third-party ad trackers. Should a plain, privacy-respecting traffic count ever get added, this page is updated first, spelling out what is being measured.

Your choices

Ask at any point for the details you sent to be deleted, or for us to stop contacting you. A single call, text, or email does it, and it gets acted on.
